Wire Belt conveyor belts enable you to flexibly and efficiently manufacture a wide range of top-quality products. Flat flex® Wire mesh belts have provided trusted performance in every industry for over 85 years. With up to 86% open area, our Flat-Flex encourages® Belts ensure maximum flow and are the proven solution for the most important processes. Quality components in production are the epitome of safety and performance.
The wide range of applications and the unique properties of Flat-Flex® Wire mesh belts help you increase your productivity, reduce your costs and improve your product quality.
Our Flat Flex® Wire mesh belts are available in a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel in various variants and unalloyed, specially polished spring steel. The tapes can also be used at temperatures of up to +350°C.
Available as an additional option is the patented Wire Belt C CureEdge® Technology. The C CureEdge® edge guarantees you no confusion when rolling up and unrolling your conveyor belt, promises increased safety and increases your productivity.

Flat flex® is available in many wire gauge and pitch combinations. The table below gives an impression of the technical feasibility.
wire thickness (mm) | Division…
...from (mm) | ...up to (mm)
0,90 | 4,00 | 7,00 |
1,00 | 4,00 | 10,50 |
1,20 | 4,24 | 12,50 |

1,40 | 5,50 | 12,00 |
1,50 | 6,30 | 13,00 |
1,60 | 6,00 | 15,00 |
1,83 | 7,80 | 17,80 |
2,00 | 8,50 | 20,32 |
2,08 | 9,51 | 20,32 |
2,35 | 10,00 | 20,32 |
2,50 | 12,00 | 20,32 |
2,80 | 12,70 | 25,00 |
3,40 | 19,05 | 25,00 |
4,00 | 25,00 |
Please note: The actual feasibility depends on other factors, such as the desired edge design or the desired number of stitches across the belt width. It can therefore happen that a pitch cannot be manufactured with a wire gauge even though it is listed in the table above.
Below you can see a small part of our Flat-Flex® production program. If you don't find the specification you need listed in this table, our sales team will be happy to advise you on feasibility.
