   1. Power connection is interrupted
   2. Safety goggles are on
   3. The correct replacement belt is ready
   4. The required tools are ready
   5. All tension mechanisms are released
   6. The strap is threaded with the correct (smooth) side up
   7. Bends at the end edges point against the running direction
   8. The beginning and end of the belt are connected on the sides with cable ties or something similar

    9. Check that the toothed discs are at least 3 - 5 mm away from the Z nodes
   10. Check whether the teeth of the discs are aligned (not necessary with feather key/groove)
   11. Check the wear slats (position) - correct if hitting Z-nodes
   12. Check the seat of the belt in the grooved knife edges / transfer rollers
   13. Tension the belt / set the tension correctly
   14. Check tracking by trial run without product; correct if necessary
   15. Check that old wire and all pieces of wire have been removed
   16. All tools stowed back in their intended place
